Spomen Dom "Crvena Komuna" stands on the Petrovac seafront and commemorates the Petrovačka Crvena komuna, the first communist municipality on the Adriatic, decl…Spomen Dom "Crvena Komuna" stands on the Petrovac seafront and commemorates the Petrovačka Crvena komuna, the first communist municipality on the Adriatic, declared on 3 September 1920 after Sava Vuković and his councillors won the local election and dissolved 403 days later when martial law was imposed. The memorial room holds copies of archival materials related to the commune's brief life.

Alongside the memorial room the building runs the "Marko Krstov Gregović" gallery, named after the local academic painter, with a permanent fundus of more than three hundred artworks across various visual disciplines and an international biennial. A 160-seat multipurpose hall hosts films, symposia, congresses and theatre, and an outdoor amphitheatre carries classical, jazz, coastal male-choir and folklore programmes through the season. The site is part of JU Muzeji i galerije Budve.
