The Old Town is a compact walled settlement on a small peninsula, surrounded by the Adriatic on three sides.

Narrow stone streets lead to Ricardova Glava Beach and the Citadela fortress. Restaurants, bars, cafés and small shops line the Old Town's lanes.

Slovenska Beach and the main promenade are just outside the walls.
