The hotel runs a two-room food programme: a 75-seat buffet on the first floor for in-house guests, and Carević on the ground floor as the made-to-order option for guests and walk-ins.

The operator pitches the à la carte side around tailored, dish-by-dish service rather than the buffet's set rotation. The in-town Carević is a separate operation from the well-known Carević ethno-village in Krimovica.
