The kitchen leans on fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen, applying traditional Adriatic-coast recipes alongside an extensive local-and-international wine list with sommelier pairings.

The brand sits under the Food Style hospitality operator and ran out of Portonovi (the Bay-of-Kotor flagship reopened in a former winery space in mid-2024) before opening sister rooms in Podgorica, Budva and most recently Belgrade. The Budva room runs the standard chain hours from noon to midnight on a dedicated phone line.
