The building was redeveloped into letting units in 2017 and operates with a single check-in desk staffed during daytime hours, with a key-safe system covering late arrivals.

The twelve units are configured as one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each with a full kitchen (induction hob, oven, washing machine and dishwasher), a separate living area and a private balcony. Bedding is hotel-grade and weekly linen change is included for stays of seven nights or more. Underground parking is available for a small daily charge, and the Old Town is reachable in roughly ten minutes on foot through the lower lanes.
