Gradska Kafana Mogren

Gradska Kafana Mogren has been open since the 1920s, making it the oldest continuously operating café in Budva. The terrace sits just outside the Old Town walls on the path toward Mogren Beach, a spot that catches morning sun and the foot traffic of visitors heading to and from the cove. Breakfast runs until 2 PM — eggs, toast, kajgana, coffee — at prices below the waterfront places. The interior is unrenovated in a way that reads as authentic rather than tired, with wooden chairs and a marble bar that have been there for decades.
