Casper Bar

Casper occupies a stone-walled space inside the Old Town, doubling as a cocktail bar and a coffee roastery. The house-roasted beans are ground to order, rather than the instant coffee common at Budva's beachfront cafés. Evening sessions feature live jazz — guitar and double bass — played at a volume that lets conversation continue.

The cocktail list rotates seasonally but keeps a core of classics. Daytime trade is quieter, mostly visitors ducking out of the sun between the Citadela and the sea gate.
