Beach bars in Budva operate seasonally from May to September, serving drinks, snacks and light meals to bathers and evening visitors. Located along Slovenska Beach and other coastal stretches, they offer a casual atmosphere with loungers and terrace seating. Drinks run €3–€7, with happy hours (17:00–19:00) offering discounts. Many serve burgers, salads and grilled fish at €8–€15. Opening hours are 09:00–23:00 or later, with peak footfall during afternoons and early evenings. Music ranges from ambient lounge to dance beats in the evening. Several venues transition from day-use beach bars to evening venues with table service. Payment is cash or card. Sunbed and parasol rentals are offered (€5–€10 per day), sometimes with a food-and-drink credit. Water sports (jet ski, paddleboard, parasailing) can often be arranged. November through April most beach bars close, though a few operate year-round in sheltered bays.
